Although this is not a complicated marketing step it is important to track what is being said about you and your company online. Google Alerts will keep you informed. You want to hear about the reviews, good or bad, and any media coverage you may receive.
A Google Alert is a service you set up to receive an email notification any time your alert criteria is mentioned online. Set up an Alert with your business and personal name, your products and services and you will receive an email whenever these specific terms are mentioned online.
